it's a raffle for a charitable campaign (sp?)...I just thought it was funny the way they went about it, "halloween time, win a gun!"



and I'm thinking, "halloween time, win a gun, terrorize trick-or-treaters!"

It was e-mailed to everyone in the agency. I work for the fish and wildlife conservation commission.
