it's a raffle for a charitable campaign (sp?)...I just thought it was funny the way they went about it, "halloween time, win a gun!"

It was e-mailed to everyone in the agency. I work for the fish and wildlife conservation commission.

Honestly though, it took me awhile to understand while the conservation commission endorses hunting. If they didn't, all the damn deer would eat everything in sight. I was reading an article in Discover Magazine, about how the limits on deer are too strict, how deer are ruining entire ecosystems. Anyways, that's just a small example. You get the idea.
