Well then I guess they are stupid enough to die. As cold hearted as that sounds if you dont have enough sence to save your own *** you deserve to die. Hard to hear but true.

THEY NEED TO HELP THEMSELVES FIRST

And someone donating $20 towards cancer research is a far cry from just wiping out debts for a whole country

you live in a fantasy world, you want to give money to a country that is run by a warlord and you think it will end up curing AIDS for them and suddenly they will stop having so many babies who cant be fed because they live where they cant grow crops?

why dont you get off your ***, become a politician and do something, I did something and raised money for cancer research, I didnt sit on my *** and ask other people to sign a petition.

you have the ***** to critisize the same government that gives you the freedoms to do so, why dont you go live in Africa and critisize the local government and see if you dont end up on a skewer in a BBQ pit.

everyone raising the peace sign and trying to change the world from the comforts of thier home, go out and really do something, become a politcian and show them how its done

If you ignore the borders we've created, you'll support helping those in other countries survive.

Some of you act as if you can't give to your local community, nation, and to other countries at the same time.

Other plead the "My money won't go to the needy" excuse.

Both have decent reasoning, but I'll see past them. Doing nothing isn't the answer, in my case...

I'm still researching the "truth" in all of it, like everyone here I'm a skeptic at heart, and it sickens me that I have to research even the organizations that want to help, let alone our own government, and people of "justice"...

Such is life.

Happy now 1RevnRex? :P

Nevermind, really.

I have never had the chance to meet so many close minded people in one place and I am really taken back by it. I guess instead I should just be the typical mid 20's American and not give a **** about anything except for when the next party is. Then maybe I could get some respect on here.

I refuse to sit here any longer and argue about something that should have been as simple as, "Ok I agree" or "Ok I disagree". Im not asking people to sign a petition legalizing child ****, I believed it was a good cause and still do. I find it funny how instead of saying what you feel on here and leaving it at that everything has to be an attack of some sort.

why dont you get off your ***, become a politician and do something,

Really was that necessary? I have no want to become a politician so that must mean I cant have a view on a situation in the world I dont agree with?

While I sit here typing this I still havent paid my rent which is 6 days late, my refrigerator is empty and I am stealing WIFI from someone else. Yet I would still donate as much as I could to help out a cause I believe in.

At least I am using my voice to enlighten people on the matter even if they dont agree with me. Thats more than I can say about 90 percent of the posts I see in this forum.

I wouldn't say close minded so much as realistic with diffrent ideas on whats a high priority. The people that live 5,000 miles away or the people that live down the street.

Point being, you make a thread over the gayest thing you can think of your a hero. Post a thread expressing a true opinion about something and you get **** on.

It's fairly hypocritical to demand one respect your opinion and not do the same in return and to even take it step further and condemn for expressing theirs.

To you closed minded, to another a realist.

You've taken it to such an extreme that you've condemned a whole generation. Stop taking people's politcal beliefs as personal attacks. I don't agree with several people political and religious beliefs here, but it doesn't mean I think they are retarded or that I wouldn't have a beer with them, it just means we don't see eye to eye on a couple things.

it's funny really. the one person you were at odds with and saying similar comments towards a few days ago in other topics is now your champion.... really the only one who agrees with you at all, that in itself should make you re-think things
