I bought a knife set from Ronco around Christmas. The second day after I recieved the set one of the knives boke. I sent it in to get it replaced and it has been on back order for two and a 1/2 months. They still say it will take 3 weeks. I got yelled at by the opperator when I called customer service about it. Isn't the customer always right? Lastly their product is not as good as they say it is. any one else have a similar experience? What do you think of RONCO products??

HA HA so wait you ordered something off tv at 3am in the morning and were shocked when you sobered up and recieved the package as to it's quality?

Now, I would just be shocked when it arrived and further shocked when I saw the credit card bill.

I always wondered if a $39 knife set is just as good as my $650 one

Destined to become a dust collector and never to be used again once she has to clean it
