Today. . on my way into work I exit the highway and stop at the intersection. Across the way from me is the entrance to the highway, there are 2 officers standing on the ramp. I assume busting seatbelt violations. . . so when they see someone they point yell Stop, and proceed to walk out infront of traffic?!?!?! WTF?!?!Guys slamming on his breaks to avoid hitting this cop! I think it's the dumbest thing I've seen. . .EVER!!

Is this normal? Do they do this where you live??Or is it just my Provincal dept??Just curious.
