I think those are meant for the dumb **********ers...like him..that cut over at the last possible moment and then cause an accident from cutting someone off already in that lane.

I think it's great how he acts like someone else is responsible for him breaking his car while performing an unsafe/illegal lane change.



To put it simply, they put those there to prevent you from crossing the line after a certain point. Then you cross the line after that point. How dense does a person have to be to think that it's someone else's fault?
