I found a place online that draws all the paper work up on uncontested divorces for 249.99. The state of FL charges like 100 or a lil more in court costs so it shouldnt be too bad. I dont know if I really want to but my marriage sucks ***, all we ever do is fight. Im turnin 26 on the 16th of this month, not gettin any younger so I might as well do it now than 5 years from now.

Wow, I'm starting to be glad I'm in OK, the quickest a judge will sign on an uncontested divorce is 3 months.

You can get all the paperwork at your local office supply store.

well, technically in new york you have to be split up for 1 year, then you file the papers, then you wait for them to be processed.

you dont have to wait to be seperated for 1 year if you say someone got thrown out of the house, someone got deserted, or that you walked in on them with someone else.
