OK bigtime, great question, there are always exceptions, but let's put some guidelines down. You will always seek the "best you can do" right? I am not saying this in any negative tone, but it's a fact.
Rich guy= hot woman
Guy owns mobile home= homely bitch
Now there is a pretty big spectrum in between, but that is the general idea. You aren't going to catch Pamela Anderson living in a ******* single wide, it's just a fact of life.
Now comes the girls and friends... ladies, let me tell you there is no such thing as a single guy friend. A guy is not friends with a woman, he has males that fill that gap and they are far more interesting to listen too and they don't cost him any money.
Next thing bigtime, is when you are looking for a wife all this BS goes out the door, "wife" women and "date" women are two totally different animals, with two totally different sets of rules applying.
