Ok, so who's used a 7-keto or DHEA based diet pill, and did it work?

Sinful7 06-28-2005 12:36 PM

Meh, you guys suck, I'm gonna guinea pig this ****.

ROTARYROCKET7 06-28-2005 12:40 PM

buy me a bottle ship it to me and we got ourselves a deal

Sinful7 06-28-2005 02:08 PM

I'm gonna try to snag some Lean System 7 tonight.. Contains several extracts, including 7-Keto. We'll see how it goes. It's only ~$25 for 90 pills, which is 23 days worth.

PhoenixDownVII 06-28-2005 02:12 PM

Want to lose weight, WORK IT OFF.

Damn lazy americans! You got pills to keep you from getting pregnant, pills to make your penis better, pills to bulk up, pills to lose weight...they all lead to cancer and diarhea!

Ahem...well..honestly..from what I've read and heard from those that have experimented...there's nothing like Exercising and Eating right. Most of these quick, easy, answers have worse-off side effects, health wise.

Such is life, too :P

Sinful7 06-28-2005 02:24 PM

Meh, you're a tard.

I've been exercising 3-6 times per week, 30-70 mins each, sometimes more.. I've plateaued around 206 lbs, I want to break my plateau, that's all. My eating habits are almost on target, my exercise routine is robust and sufficient.. I'm looking for a little help without uncomfortably starving myself, which will ultimately lead to binge eating.

The things I'm looking for are natural metabolic enhancers (even just a tiny bit) and endurance-rated supplements (so I can run/bike farther and harder for longer). Basically, I'm looking for the best alternative to old ephedra based products.

LOL, I know this will be totally hypocritical to what I just said, but, sometimes our bodies have certain conditions (people have different rates of metabolism, for example) that even the simple task of dieting and exercise can't outdo, to a certain point, without going overboard.

You're retarDEAD.

Hey, just following in your footsteps...

phinsup 06-28-2005 04:11 PM

Just pray and god will make you a skinny fucker.

Definetely modern medicine is the devil, keeping people from over populating the earth and keeping the unwanted children from their nightly drunken beating. Not to mention all those evil gay people that get aids, the medicine just helps them live in sin longer.

We should all just accept our fate, lay off the drugs and live a short and potentially painful existance because it's god's will!

I am with ya brother!

However, if you can stand here and tell me you can pop pills to cure almost anything and everything then I shouldn't even try reasoning with you https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

Oh, perhaps you missed my point (as most do, I guess my english/writing sucks that bad...)

I never doubt that idea, but the stereotypical christian mentality is usually driven by the Southern Baptist "Your going to hell!" ideal, hardly a good example of what Christ's example was as a true man of God.

FikseRxSeven 06-28-2005 07:10 PM

the best thermogenic (fat burner) mix is still 200mg of caffiene, 20mg of ephedrine, and 20mg of asperin taken every 4 hours.

the govt banned ephedra which were used on most dietary supplements, but Ephedrine HCL is still available in the market. all the diet pills nowadays are weaker because there is no ephedra or ephedrine, everyone is scared of it now. but oh wells, i just gave you the ingredients to the cocktail. just remember you have to drink a lot of fluids and pay attention to your heartrate and blood pressure. dont take this meds if you're taking mao inhibitors (if you're taking mood enhancing medications) , if you have heart problems, 4 hours before you go to bed, or if you have thyroid problems..... and i think thats it. lol

No2 is not really a thermogenic that will help sinful7 cuz it helps retain water in your muscles, so in essence, you'd be gaining more weight than losing it.

Back on topic. I took Chromaslim a couple years ago I lost a good amount of weight and I got toned up alot too. It may have been the working out everyday though. Just remember to eat in the morning you get really fucked up if you don't.

I am thinking about taking some Xenadrine EFX just to try and cut some weight. Then again if i cut out the Lager i would waste away.

You don't have the ability to "reason" with anyone.

Definition of reason:

The capacity for logical, rational, and analytic thought; intelligence.

As usualy you quoted one line of my post and responded to that with your usual witty repartee that has nothing to do with my post. I didn't describe anything, I merely responded to the fact that you said this:

Damn lazy americans! You got pills to keep you from getting pregnant, pills to make your penis better, pills to bulk up, pills to lose weight...they all lead to cancer and diarhea!

let's analize that well i think lazy americans is pretty obvious. Next we take pills that keep us from getting pregnant. This is not the comment of a southern baptist, but the comment of the typical Catholic (that's one of the bigger religions...) someone who usually makes this comment will have 5 or 6 kids and gets pissed that you aren't overpopulating the world and helping to crowd the shallow end of the gene pool.

You made generalizations about americans and people who take medications and that was ok. I made generalizations about devout religious people and that was not ok......... Typical.

Almost every religion believes in hell and most believe that those who do not follow their falvour will either go to hell or be in heaven to a lesser extent then those who don't follow their one "true" interpretation of the bible. NOT just Southern Baptists. It appears you have a bone to pick with Southern Baptists, which is typical. Most deeply religious people are intollerant of other religions, even other flavours of christianity and their followers. Trust me, since I've never met a southern baptist I'm guessing they aren't giving religion the bad name you think they are.

PS. He didn't miss your point, it's just that you didn't actually have one. Babling doesn't count as making a point, you've usually got to actually address the point that the previous speaker made to make an argumentative counter.

No.

My generalization was a sarcastic response because I know the generalization of me as a christian would be exactly what I said....

And I never said your generalization wasn't okay, it's mostly true, unfortunately, and this is GenD so I was just playing.

Do you get it? That "lazy american" part was just sarcasm, i shoulda done the [/sarcasm] thing. My bad. Seriously, half of this stupid witty stuff is a misunderstanding of when I am just joking/teasing the same way everyone else does, but somehow it's taken too seriously...?

Sinful7 06-29-2005 09:23 AM

Both you two stay outta my thread!

I went to GNC and the guy wouldn't sell me anything.. Except a multi vitamin that has lotsa B in it. He told me to try that for awhile and see how it goes. It's a twice daily thing and is supposed to help increase my energy levels all day long, and help my muscles rebuild faster the natural way. He also told me I need to be eating more for breakfast and less for dinner - that my nutrition and fitness levels were on par for weight loss, but I needed to re-arrange my eating schedule to promote fat loss. Told me it has more to do with how you eat than what you eat. He explained how he could sell me this metabolizer trio, but the key thing the metabolizer came with is a 14-day meal planner that is setup to burn fat.. And the metabolizer was just a helper.
