Holy crap, a 1500 horsepower 6 rotor gas engine! LOL...it's 34.7 litres. The 4 rotor is a 2.6L and puts out 500hp as listed...pretty decent.

Oh yeah the guys over at Pegasus. Very cool people, they make a nice generator that I'd just love to use in my shop.

I was telling Unique TII about em.

We'll put one in your red car just to see what happens.

Yes, I can just see me sitting on top of a 6 rotor engine. Kind of like Slim Pickins riding a rocket in Dr. Stranglove! I think poor little red cars tires would be flat under that big engine!

Hehe I was talking to them about their 2 rotor gas engine they said it would be possible to pull it off at one point if they went through with the smaller engine plans but it was looking like the big industrial players were more likely.

I'd love to try out a SCORE engine. Build a compost heap and away you go...

Hell if I could get a hold of one of those 6 rotary engines I would put it in the 1st gen. With how light that car is. Only problem I would be worried about would be completely obliterating the chasis. That and finding a trany to take that much of a beating. Now that would be a ******* drag car right there.

Keep in mind these engines are heavy machinery engines. They were working on a small version but it went by the wayside.

SCORE is an intresting technology, John Deere had several tractors based on it

Yes, the ones they were testing when I talked with them were for Coast Guard Patrol boats.
