Its possible. although I was under the impression they let you onto the main page so you can read any PMs that say you are banned, you just cant access anything but PMs.

I tried going there and got in, but then my internet connection, which has been up and dead stable for like 6 months now, just ***** the bed. I couldnt even go back here, I had to restart the computer.
