I just take punch with the riveteted ones, smack it with a 3 pound sledge and yer good to go.
The mb is a press out, however it takes a special tool from mercedes to do it properly as the there is no way to get a press in on the top side, they have a fork style dealio that goes over the flange and so on and so forth, it's a nightmare. i have a balljoint press, but it dont work on MB
