This does not mean Mitsu is going under. They are so diversified with heavy equipment, electronics etc....

They have frozen the stock righ now, but, in all honesty, I am gonna watch them closely this might be a good aggressive buy.

I think if you read the article they wat a 6 billion investment from Diahlmer Chrysler to revamp their operation. They are not in the hole 6 Billion.

This is gonna be intersting to watch how this plays out. I am watching the stock closely.

Mitsubishi, the No. 4 Japanese carmaker behind Toyota, Nissan and Honda, is believed to need about $6 billion in fresh capital.

Ummmm,... They are #4 and they are ahead of Mazda. So how bad off can they be.

Naaaa, they might loose Diamler but they won't go under.

Hell, GM like to buy these "pet project" companies.

So look out for the new Eclipse. . based on an Opel platform.

is mitsubishi heavy industries the same as mitsubishi automobiles? they might be different.

yeah i honestly think if it got that bad the japanese govt would bail em out

part b is that if the stock is traded on the nekkei (sp ) and you buy the "ghost" stock, or whatever they call it, on the nsye they dont have the same protections as a normal stock does
