That is what dealership told me was broken when my second turbo would not come online.
"yeah it looks like we have a, uh, low pressure system moving in over your secondary turbo's uh, gigawatt... So we, uh, have to rebuild the turbo, and put in a new gigawatt and camshaft, cause they come as a package, and that will take care of it"
