Well a dealership in California is trying to screw over the winning bidder of a new srt8 challenger because they forgot to put up a reserve and didn't get the price they wanted.

it happened with a Hyundai
I say the guy gets the **** over it, all he is out is his time bidding on a left over car, not some ultra rare one of a kind car.
If I was a lawyer I would not even take the case, I would tell the guy to grow the **** up and worry about other things in life.
Like it would be the first guy to have a deal go bad at a car dealership- boo ******* hoo
