As a job i wait tables. Well, today i accidently gave someone back a 20 instead of a 10 so instead of walking out with 27 dollars, i walked out with 17...

Merry Christmass indeed.

Nice of them to come back and give you your money back. I love honest people. **says in sarcastic voice**

I was at a pizza restruant Sat night. The bill came out to 31.70 I threw down $40 and told her to keep it. She was great always there when we needed her etc.. I thought she was going to cry over an $8 tip. It seems a large group (8 poeple) stiffed her out of her tip.

Its the holidays its a perfect time to take extra care of the waiters and waitresses I always do this time of year. We are all eating out a little more right now as we are out more than normal. The restruants and staff are stressed keep that in mind and give em a little extra. They deserve it.

I totally agree with you. i do it all the time though, because what is a few more bucks to me(even though i'm always broke) if it will make them a lil happier, cause i know resturants usually pay shitty, especially when i go to a diner really late at night. cause you know if they are workign the late shift, they really need money.

I was supposed to give her a $6 tip I gave her $2 more. Not even close to throwing it away. LOL! It was worth more than $2 or $8 to see her smile and know I made her day.

I got a bunch of really good tips tonight. It was really good because a bunch of people came in right before we closed and I ended up staying an hour and a half past close which sucked because i wasnt even a closer. Nonetheless I really appreciated people being thoughtful, it was really hectic too because all of our other serverse were just sent home.
