Next time eat lunch by a college campus, that way you can see the attractive young ladies before they turn fat.

30.9! ha!!! obese!!!



im 5'9" and weigh usually between 205-210. but yeah, it does not count muscle Vs. fat. i havnt worked out in a few months. but about a year ago i maxed out my bench at 375 and had maybe 8-9% body fat. and i weighed 215 at the time. obese my ***!

last time i checked (might be like 2-3 years now) america is 80% over weight. and were only getting fatter!

last time we measured it, which was 10lbs ago, it was 10%. on the gyms chart thats almost althletic, i guess that means i can get off the couch now?
