im 5'9" and weigh usually between 205-210. but yeah, it does not count muscle Vs. fat. i havnt worked out in a few months. but about a year ago i maxed out my bench at 375 and had maybe 8-9% body fat. and i weighed 215 at the time. obese my ass! |
last time i checked (might be like 2-3 years now) america is 80% over weight. and were only getting fatter!

Eh, that's not necessarilly accurate. It doesn't take into account muscle mass vs fat. A better indicater is percentage fat.
