So there I was, napping at my desk (it looked like I was staring at a database table) when a student came in to ask me a question about his financial aid. The nerve of some people.

I actually tracked down Florida's Bright Futures office, just to get some straight answers about financial aid. It turns out that they don't want to be found (but that didn't stop me!).

yeah but all the student was doing was passing alond the pain....remember, his parent probably woke him up to track you down and wake you up.
