How about rebuilt titles?

This was a flood car...didnt they have alot of flood cars from the midwest years ago?

we redid a flood car years ago, it was in water up to the top of the dash. it needed to have everything electrical either cleaned out or replaced

Yea I would buy it no title if I had to. You can get a car titled pretty easily through the MVA
