i realize its different, but same concept. We make 50-60% buisness through the 150 commercial accounts (or so) that we handle each day. We draopped a VERY large commercial account because the guy on the phone for them cursed me out for not having a part in stock.



We dont deal with the crap, our way or the highway. Hope for your sake they wont take it as an insult but rather how they should.
