Check to make sure you are exercizing the correct form. You'd be suprised how little weight it takes to hurt youself. On that note, I cought a 120 lb dumbell in the chest when my shoulder popped. That REALLY sucked. But, I survived.

Im exercizing the correct way. Normally i throw punches with the 25 easily for some reason though the shoulder didnt like lifting it last night. Damn 120 in the chest that must've sucked.

I'd suggest going to the doctor NOW. If you dislocated your shoulder and it doesn't heal right, it's going to hurt for the rest of your life. (mine has been hurting for 10 years)

10 years? don't you think it's about time to see a doctor? j/k

"back in '92 I dislocated it, but I figured I'd still give it another decade or so. 'taint bad."

I've dislocated my shoulder and my knee WAY too many times to count. Just pack your shoulder with ice, and it will be sore for a few days. I ended up having to have surgery on my knee, it was to a point where I'd dislocate it almost every day playing HS football, I'd just sit out for 15 min, then be back in the game (or practice).
