Convert it to multiport fuel injection and gain 10-20horse 
I mod 88-91 civics. They're glorious vehicles. Many of them way under a ton, and you can get power from a Honda motor, no matter if you NoPistons boys want to believe it or not! But honestly, I can't think of a better beater car than an 88-91 Civic. Just keep that thing maintained, it'll last forever!!
