Damir is just stupid.. we share DSL at work for like 30 PCs and i have not noticed a slow down.. programs like kazaa and **** like that do seem to slow the network down though..

Get a good network set-up. I've had DSL in the past and didnt even need a router. it depends on if you've got Dynamic or Static IP. I can't remember which DSL comes with.. and all company's supply IP's differently.



But DSL CAN be networked.

It is not possible to run a second DSL line on teh same phone sicne the simple fact is your already using the frequency range for 1 connection. You cant piggyback it or anything like that.



That being said, I have never had an issue with DSL running shared being slower than dialup. If you setup one computer as the sharing host it should be OK, but if you wanna go the easy way, get a router such as a Linksys or Belkin or whatever you prefer and have that sucker manage it for ya. This way your parents pay for your DSL and everybody is happy.



If that still runs slow, you got one POS DSL. Or a bad network setup

You can get a wireless hub or share it with windows xp.





DSL here is slow. I only have one choice, 384k like. Sucks ***. I miss my cable modem.
