Cryo Rotors Vs. Cross Drilled And Or Slotted

I have heard a lot of controversy about cryogenically treated rotors. I just wanted to know has any one used them? And how do they compare to cross drilled and/or slotted rotors. Or have you have just used cross drilled/slotted rotors and just want to sing their praises please post here.
