Ah, that's what I'm looking for!! Thanks for the help, although NY residents have different statutes than Coloradoans.

And for christs sakes, never tell them how much you actually make!

They will NEVER know, even if they as for a W-2 or a pay stub, in todays computer savvy world, one can easily make a phony w-2 or a pay stub, lol.



UNLESS you go for a mortgage, then you sign a wavor authorizing them to inspect your IRS file, no way around that then.

It all depends, it's a near impossible question to answer, it will cost you nothing to apply, so just apply. There are thousands of things that can make your credit good, bad or otherwise.

call your credit card companies if you threaten to leave they always reduce your rate........i haven't had to all the companies give me super lowe rates as it is.... now to pay off my FD

You should also keep in mind that the pay off structure on a credit card is different then an installment loan.
