this technology has been around for quite a few years. It ISNT transparent, its fiber optics creating an image of whats behind it. Therefor it seems transparent. When you have wrinkles in the jacket, they image is NOT going to show up correctly. The US military has been researching this for almost 10 years. (known to the public)
