copy (filename of invoice including extention) a:

Type that muthafugga in the directory where it is saved.

To find it, type

dir/w/s (filename)

you can use the * wildcard when you dont know a character, or extension, like

autoexec.*

would bring all file types with the name autoexec up, and where' they're located. The /w switch does a wide listing, the /s switch includes subdirectories. You could even use /p to list by page if they're a lot of them. What format are the files in? Chances are, there's a windows program somewhere (you probably already have it, even) to open the files, so I dont know if you'd need to copy the program.

However, if you need to copy the program too, go into the directory (using the "cd" command until you're there) and type "dir" inside that directory. That'll list all the files. If the total size inside that directory is less than a floppy disk, you're good to go. Type "a:" hit enter, then type mkdir (program directory name) then go back to the hard drive (usually only by typing "c:") and type "copy *.* a:\<program directory name>" hit enter, then you're golden.

GOLDEN.

Dos is a piece of cake.
