So i'm doin 128 on my friends 650S crotch rocket. And these cops pull my over. PA state boys. They got me clocked at 90 in a 55 and had followed me up to 128. I dont even have my bike permit and it was around 12:30 at night. They let me off with a 45 dollar fine for riding without a M lic. And a 145 dollar fine for doing 90 in a 55. Then the girl who i was hanging out with comes to pick me up cause they say i cant ride the bike again. So the one cop tells her i was doing a really good job riding. And she tells them she doesnt feel safe driving the bike. So they tell me to get it out of there, and that they wont pull me over again, just keep it in the double digits. O man i thought i was goin to jail.

You got lucky. I got pulled over once for 4 warrants for my arrest and the guy asked me ... "Is this thing turbo?" Ended up talking to him for 15 minutes about RX-7's and he even got some napkins for my GF's ice cream.

omg... that almost sounds unreal. Cali cops are pretty cool in the regard that they'll let you go 5-10 over the speed limit no problem. But once you start going triple digits they become real hard asses. Makes sense though, no one in california knows how to drive. Except for me... and maybe Turbo II... but probably not since he lives near LA.

Well i just got done looking up the PA laws for driving. And if my current pending reckless driving ticket for doing donuts in a parking lot is droped i'll have zero points. If it is not i'll have it reduced to at least 3 points. The No class M lic doesnt give me any points. And the going 90 in a 55 is 35 over so 5 points. Once you reach 6 points one time you muct take a test if you pass they drop 2 points and nothing happens if you dont you lose your lic till you pass. So long as my reckless driving ticket gets droped nothing will happen to me, if it doesnt i'll have to take a test which i'll pass. and they will drop my points down. You dont lose your lic in PA till yopu have accumulated 11 or more points.

I've had some surprisingly good experiences with PA cops too. Had a couple times where I was really screwed and got off with "failure to obey traffic signs" or something much lighter.

in delaware, its 12 points then you go to a hearing or supenal.. then i think if you have more than that.. like 15 you get your license taken away.

points come off every three years. i think different states have different point systems though.
