Ok.. As we know, I bought a used fuel pump. I know... prolly not the smartest idea.. ANYWAY..



The pump is SUPPOSED to be a RP Pump. Rotary Performance. The pump sells for near 300 bucks..



Is there ANY reason a 300 dollar pump would look EXACTLY like (TO INCLUDE THE ******* EXACT SAME NUMBER ON THE TOP) My stock pump?



THe RX7 world has been very cruel to me. This scam (If it is so) will put me over the 2000 dollar mark in bad deals. I'm damn near ready to throw in the towel and give the car away. Seriously. Never have I met such a worthless, scamming, selfish group of **********ers than in the RX7 community. I'm not going to name people, or bash anyone, but I'm ******* done with it. I go out of my ******* way to help people. I've given away THOUSANDS of dollars in stock parts to get other peoples cars running so they can enjoy them... Many times I've DELIVERED them hours out of town... Just cause that's the kind of guy I am. I've lent out my coils, my power FC, my stock ECU, my wheels YOU NAME IT. And what happens? I get fucked over every time I try to buy something... It's inevitable. This is just plain sickening. I ******* hate this car now. All I want is to have fun and turn wrenches... And everytime I turn around I'm ordering **** TWICE because of a stupid **********er that would rather **** me out of money than get a goddamn job and make his own. It goes all the way from a GRAND one time to 90 bucks another... People are just plain ******* gay. Wonder if the Supra Community is any better.. Maybe I'll get some goddamn respect over there........



Sorry for the rant... It just sucks that I put so much time and money into something that I love to get bent over all the time.. And even if someone DOES convince me that this pump MAY actually be a RP, which I doubt.. It wtill wont make it better... But oh well... Maybe I'll stop being such a ***** and start going after these **********ers..

if i was you, i'd go after the mother *******. That is such bullshit. Also, i doubt the supra community is any better, where ever you go there will be ******** trying to rip people off for their money..so stick with the 7

 

You try and do up a drag car and tell how much **** goes wrong and the money. All I can say is hang in there it gets easier. It does.

yeah...I've been fucked for almost $1000 total. I only buy things from reputable people now. Even if you find a good deal...let it go, buy it from a "known" person.

Yeah... I knew he wasn't reputable.. Didn't have pics, nobody to vouch for him... I told him I'd give him half up front... MY MISTAKE. Should have done C.O.D. I mean.. He might not even have known the pump wasn't RP.. but that doesn't help me.





Oh well... I'll just stick to buying **** new. Works easier that way.

Dont give up. When you come back to MD (if) you better start that garage you were talking about. It seems that there aren't really any good guys in the business, and having that reputation will do wonders for your shop. Especally because you seem really sincere about it.
