The power and ground wires that are used on the amp now are 4 gauge, how's that going to work with the ps??

I need to revive this thread because my current sub (part of the Logitech Z-640 speaker set) isn't cutting it.

So...help?

Dysfnctnl85 08-21-2003 12:59 PM

Please?

Okay so I need 12V..shouldn't be too hard, I have one of those connected to a P166, LOL. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...>/bigthumb.gif

heheh

are you using an amp? that would make things a little easier.

well if you make the wires shorter, you might be able to get away with 8 guage.. or try keeping the amp as close to the power supply as you can..

Yeah I'm using the amp that's with it in my car right now.

I just don't know if it's safe to use 8gauge...
