The funny thing to me is the fact that someone nominated her as a joke. There's no way around that fact. She was obviously "butch" so someone decided to nominate her for teh funnaise. Kind of like when I used to vote for the "nice but fat and vaguely ugly" girl for homecoming queen in high school.

Santo Provenzano, 21, who competed for king, said Jones' selection made the event seem like a joke. "It discourages guys from wanting to take part in the future," he said.
