They have that. On the new cars they all have an engine cover so you dont' see the engine. The only thing you see is a yellow cap that says windsheild washer fluid only. You don't even see the dip stick.
new BMW's dont even have oil dipstick's...it's all measured by the ecu. the dipstick you have to buy from parts & service for like $40. shoulda seen me try to figure that out. and the car has to sit like 10 minutes before the ecu can measure it.

yeah we had a mercedes like that, man it was confusing. i'm sure sure mazda will do something like that soon, but you'll prolly have to compare the readings with the car right side up and upside down

Why stop there, dealers might as well make every fluid change/adjustment a mandatory dealer evolution... I can just see the $$$ signs in their eyes. 50 bucks for filling the washer fluid...

they are, the mazda 3 takes a "special tool" to change the oil filter. its not that special, but thats the direction we're headed
