Comp problem

So anyone seen something like this before? Laptop keeps screwing up. If i leave it sitting for a little bit and not using it ill hear it start beeping then it restarts. This time however i got this screen..

Sorry I can't be more help. Did you install any new hardware? Could be bad memory.

nothinge new in it. I might try replacing things though if it keeps up. I guess ill have my brother take it to bestbuy for me and see if they can figure it out. Atleast he woks there so should get a discount. The modem wasnt working either but i didnt worry so much about that. I just use the desktop and transfer files between the 2 comps.

probably bad memory, i have seen this for other reasons, usually due to bad components rather then the OS itself..... it is indeed the blue screen of death.

Its a toshiba sattelite laptop. Ive had it since 02 im surprised it turns on still anyway.
