I've been a member on rx7forum for about 2 years I guess, and things for a long time were like they are here right now. Then awhile back redrx7 I believe it was posted a list of rules in the lounge about what you could and couldn't do and after that it just deteriorated further and further and now it just plain sucks over there. I'm pretty sure the rumor at the time was that they wanted sponsorship from mazda and they were worried about how they looked. So I suppose the moral of the story is try not to regulate what people talk about and if you do, do it as little as possible. For example, rikki's and mine pissing match. Those kinds of things can be really amusing and way back in back in the day I had a lot of good laughs over there. Now you can barely post anythign w/o fear of getting banned or warned. So let's try to keep the environment here nice and open. And if you are here for purely technical assistance don't read the General Discussion, we have lots of guys in the other sections who will do whatever they can to help you out. :bigok:

if this was indeed the case....i seriously doubt they were even considered.

imagine the repercussions on a manufacturer ..mazda ...affiliated with a discussion board that has a specific section on "kills"...as we all know for the majority (as most are bs or grossly exagerated interpretation of their encounters) consisting of illegal street activity...

regardless of whether or not a disclaimer exists....

I dont think Mazda will support the "lounge"...This car company is not into homosexuality and RX7 forums need to leave it to the Honda guys..

Everyone has there opinions and certainly one of them is to dislike someone and there are always going to be times where verying opinions turn into disagreements, but you've got to a ) make sure it doesn't get to you and b ) know when to let it die.

Also realize that if we were all required to share the same view and opinions it would make for a fairly un-interesting life.

****, ThirdGen you and I have gotten into it a few times, but we never take it seriously and we always let it go before it gets out of hand.

Also you know that I am always right so that helps in my victory
