smart start, toasted oatmeal, honey bunches of oats (the blue box), and frosted mini chex for those mornings when I need something sweet





and whole milk all the way

Honey Nut Cheerios. If I eat too many the roof of my mouth gets all tender, though. Gotta limit it to 3 bowls at a time. Used to like Alpha - Bits and Froot Loops, but I think the high sugar content screwed up my metabolism.

I could eat that dry, like as a snack or something, but not with milk. Too sweet and sugary for me. Stuff like lucky charms, froot loops, or anything with marshmallows, I can eat dry. yummy!

Although I don't eat cereal any more, my favorite used to be Golden Grahams.
