See I'm in a good situation right now. My two roomates are my GM and the GM at one of our other bars. Every Thursday this lady I've been sleeping with cooks the three of us plus one of our friends at a bar up the road dinner. So we get a home cooked meal at work every Thursday. She buys my drugs when I get sick, legal drugs that is, and even sometimes does the laundry if she sleeps over. But I can still bring a bar ***** from work home if I feel like something different. So I don't really want to lose this by commiting anything more.

Longer the brew the more course the grind, allows the proper amount of oils to escape, you take out too much and it tastes acidic or burnt.
French press = course, Espresso = fine (+ tamped)
A lighter roast will be sweeter, a darker smokeyer.
Actually if your going for caffeine content a light roast will be better also, as more heat from darker roasting breaks down the caffeine.

A. I'm not ready to **** until after I've had my coffee
B. I like not having to go to the kitchen turn the pot on and what not before taking a shower.
C. It's extremely convenient, all I have to do is set it the night before as I brush my teeth.
I'm lazy when it comes to mundane tasks like this, so being able to expedite the process is nice.
