the clovis point so the clovis point theory, what we were taught in school, that during the ice age people came to north america over the land bridge between alaska and russia. about 15,000years ago.
the clovis point is the spear head they used, its different from anything used in asia.
so upon further inspection, they have found a whole museum of these things in france, and they predate everything else, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solutrean
so it shows 2 things.
1. science evolves, they thought the earth was flat, they thought the early americans weren't french...
2. the french are at the center of everything.

if you're over 16,000 years old you might be. do you make boats of seal blubber?
Actually, the best boats are made by clubbing the seals to separate the skins, which can be stitched together to make a seaworthy hull. The blubber is best served lightly sauteed, with a little butter and the juice of a lemon wedge. Did I mention I'm not French?

True! Science does evolve. Look at medicine. A hundred years ago they were bloodletting and recommending grain spirits as cold remedies. Just over ten years ago, they advised new parents to put babies on their tummies to go to sleep. Just a few years ago, they were still using a vaccine preservative called thimerosal which contained mercury and was the likely cause of countless cases of autism in children. The question is: Do they have a clue?
