Yes CA. sucks when it comes to moding cars. They even have a california green thing sticker that you need on dirt bikes and ****.. and card is a sticker that proves that a mod is compliant with regulations..which sucks too. I got pulled over before in cali when my subie was turbo..stupid cop herd my bov so he pulled me over..He thought it was a gold mine of violations...hahah nope NV car no carb or any of that stupid horseshit.

 

Arnold should know about this. Maybe he has one of those red phones that connects directly to his office like in the old Batman series.
