HA HA yea, he was being a pain in the ***, hard time explaining to them that I cannot ship something that we do not have and furthermore whenever we ship a partial system it is a tech support nightmare which I am not going to get involved in. Then of course I had to explain that I cannot give a ship date when I don't know when the product is going to hit our door.
One thing this job has taught me, don't trust salesman! If they are patting your back it's because they are picking your pocket.

Lol...I try explaining the same kinda stuff w/ our customers...only at my job its outdoor retail supplies, lol...people just don't understand why we cant tell them when something will arrive at their house if we dont even know when its arriving to US!
