You should be able to import any .pst file into Outlook using the import feature. Doesn't matter if it's XP or 98, did you try just doing the upgrade from 98 to XP?

Thats what I was just thinking. Probably too late though.



I was thinking back up your files. Then use a XP Upgrade instead of a whole new install it keeps all your files in tact and you go on with your life without missing a beat. (if it installs correctly)



I love XP any bad feelings I had towards Microsoft and Windows slowly diapeared after I installed XP Pro. My network is stable for the first time ever. I never have any crashes... ever.



It seems like you were torturing yourself with 98 for 6 years when in this case change was very very good.

Xp pro installed from new is far superior than any upgrade from earlier versions...

even Xp home leaves out some of the best features available...
