You didn't win ****, you're wrong. Wait until someone else comes along who KNOWS THINGS ABOUT THE INTERWEB. I explained all there is to explain about it. Scripting and HTML w/ basic tags are different. Scripting is more complex.
Look at the URL at the top where it says INDEX.PHP. THATS A SCRIPT.

dude, every moment you spend arguing with me, and not going to bed means i win...more and more. This is what this has been about. I know the difference between website scripting and html, i was a writer for a website once and i had to know some html
