how true I did spin it over and put some ATF in it because I knew it wouls take awhile before I got to put it in but never paid attention to doing that. This damn thing dont even move the compression tester needle on both rotors.

Sorry to hear that.

I know this info is a little late, but you have to hear it anyway. When you are looking at a motor outside of a car (just the short block), get a flashlight, and look inside the exhaust ports. Rotate the motor, and you can see each apex seal, and the lower portion of the rotor housing. ALWAYS fully examine an engine in this manner before paying.

how true im going to try somemore things to see if I can get the compression back .Maybe from sitting so long the apex seals are just super stuck I got some B12 Cheemtool to spray each seal with then Im gonna dump in a bottle of marvel mystery oil in it let it sit till Im sure its well soaked in like 2 weeks spinning it over slowly by hand every day . Then blow all that **** out and put the header and top end back on and see what I got. Also I will spin it over before it all goes back together to see if I got some kinda swooshes coming out of it
