I dont know how you change the properties of epoxy resin to become flexible?
I guess I always assume the worst, tap a curb, fine, hit it and crackola.
stomp on that sill and it will break, stand on it gently and it flexes, its all in the impact.

You can modify resins to do anything you want. Like everything else, its just a balance of properties that can be shifted. But nothing is perfect, and flexible and resilient resins dont make good structural resins because when they deform they lose much of the load bearing ability of the cloth.

knock knock, I know, you're still a fucktard. I want REAL CF for COSMETIC purposes. Is that so damn wrong? I'll tell you what - eat ****, die.
laying "REAL" CF OVER ANYTHING MAKES IT A FAKE CF PIECE.
the only point to real CF is its lightweight and its strength for that amount of weight(if you take real cf, and cover a fiberglass hood with it, its NOT a cf hood, same case here.) So if you take a REAL layer of REAL CF (dry cf) and lay it over your lip...youve made a FAKE CF PIECE.
knock knock, youre the fucktard.
go write on some shell casings or something, TFATF wannabe.

Please, excuse me for not clarifying my statements to the point at which someone of your comprehensive ability can understand. I was referring to previous statements which regarded the use of vinyl, printed to appear like a carbon fiber mat weave, which is not the appearance I am seeking. I never stated I wanted a carbon fiber piece, only that I wished for the matching texture. Your total disregard for the topic title and the contents prior to your post proves my previous description.
someones lost his funnay.

how do you modify resins?
epoxy resins are sensitive to precise measuring to properly cure, are you adding something to the resin to make it flex or are you not using epoxy resins with your CF work?
