In the new MODIFIED mag they have stuff from SEMA, and one of the things were CF OEM FD fenders and hood, as well as the CWest C2 kit replicated in CF, from http://www.carbon-creations.com. Puke. Anyways, making an FD entirely out of CF probably wouldnt work, since the whole rear end and roof is all one piece.
