havent slept for 2 days...any advice....im excercising a lot to get me worn out....it hasnt worked....

my wife had the same issue the first part of the week, she had about 2 hours of sleep in 3 days she finally just collapsed. Honestly if it's an issue and you need sleep I would bust to the store get some over the counter sleeping pills. I hate the things, had an ex that was addicted to them, but if you take them for the night then throw them in the trash you should be good to go.

Yea I totally understand that one, my dr gave me some sleepers when I went on medication, never even filled the scrip.

 

i swear if we get drunnk well sleep.

Melitonin works well. But if you dont want to take pills.. then good luck.



Melitonin is used to regulate sleep patterns in your brain. It will make you a bit drowsy, but its not like actual sleep medicine. Basically it allows you to goto sleep, wake up whenever (even on like 3 hours of sleep) and feel like youve gotten 8 hours. Really works well when you cant sleep or you have to get up early the next day and dont want to feel crappy.
