Can you still by the Tylenol 222 up in Canada? I'm heading up this weekend and was going to pick some up while I was up there. Its been a few years since I bought some and last time I had to ask the pharmacist for them.

You could last time I was up there, Costa Rica has the REAL good stuff 4 times the codein over the counter. Bahamas has double the .222 strength, still good stuff.

The strongest Tylenol I remember last time I looked was Extra Strength plus 65mg caffeine. Ultra Strength or something they called it.

Caffeine gets rid of headaches, that's why it is there. It does work, lucky for me caffeine doesn't keep me awake

What Mitch is talking about codeine and last I checked it's still in the 222's.

Caffeine only gets rid of headaches of people who are suffering from caffeine withdrawl symptomes!
