So anyone ever used one of these *******? I bought one for the boat as it seemed like a decent deal... so far tried it on 2 bottles and it didn't work nearly as well as I had anticipated.

I guess i need to open more wine before i declare shananigans, anyone else farted around with one?

this has a needle with a small c02 can attached, u poke it through the cork, then push the co2 and its supposed to pop.

first bottle the needle pushed the cork into the bottle, quite easily which indicates issues with the cork. second just didn't blow.

I have a nice Screwpull manual opener. It can be a bit strenuous at times, but it's never failed to open a bottle of wine.

Could you shoot stuff with it? Like maybe stick the needle in a tennis ball or something because that would be kinda cool.
