Kevin thats awesome, you and you're dad have an impressive collection there. You like venison though? I've had it quite a few times, never really got a taste for it though. Elk on the other hand....yum yum!

ive been eating venison since the first time i could eat meat. regular meat just doesnt do it for me at all . thanks for the comments on the collection, i gotta get some pics of our property up here.

rob: LMAO, yes my dad has a dark side you could say

freeman: thanks for letting venomrx7 know that he apparently is the only one who cant notice sarcasm when its standing in front of him pissing on his feet and slapping him in his face.

Not a bad collection there.

As for venison, its all about the preparation. If cooked correctly you'd be hard pressed to tell the diference between it and beef.

personally, i'd rather get a bolt action .308 if i were going to be firing anything over 100yards and want to be pinpoint. 500 yards is scope territory.

I think an M4 is more for 50-200yard shooting personally. You need something with more oomph behind it than a .223..

I fully understand that. I already have a 308, but not the one I want.

As to the 223 I can do 3-4" groups off iron sights at 100 yards with my new gun. I think thats good enough.

Yep, our theory is "one bullet, one bloodstain.....if you miss shoot another 'one' bullet".
