and i was just up there in fairfield visiting some friends.

my towns huge, the flooding is miles away from me in a commonly flooded area. normally we have bad flooding down the street from me but they did a multi-million dollar bridge and river widening project for the past 2 years to avoid flooding and it worked apparently.

but lucky me i live on a hill, near the top, so no floods for me
